  • By purchasing the annual subscription plan, you agree to receive a shipment of 1 box (3 liters) of organic olive oil from liliBeo three times a year (every 4 months) until you cancel your subscription. The shipment is processed on the first business day of the month. This means that if you purchased the subscription plan on January 15th, the first box will ship on February 1st, the next on June 1st, and the last on October 1st. The product is 100% made in Italy and is organic extra virgin olive oil, certified according to the European certification standard.

  • The subscription gives you access to an account area, where you can update your details, cancel, suspend and restart your subscription.



In your account area you can suspend or cancel your subscription plan.

  • Suspend your subscription. You can suspend your subscription for as long as you want. This means that you will not receive any more boxes of olive oil until the day the plan resumes.

  • Restart your subscription. If you have suspended a subscription, you are free to reactivate it whenever you want by filling out the form in your account area. The plan will resume on the first business day of the following month if the last delivery was processed more than four months ago.

  • Cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we cannot process a refund for annual deliveries that you have already paid for, unless you have not yet received any cans of olive oil and the first shipment has not yet been processed. If you are unsure of your purchase, we recommend that you buy the liliBeo bottle and try our product first.


  • Subscription plan. By becoming a subscriber and providing your credit card details, you authorize liliBeo to charge your credit card (including shipping and any applicable tax) for the cost of the subscription plan applied, each time the subscription will be automatically renewed. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to any shipment to update your account information, payment method, change your address, skip a shipment or cancel your membership.

  • LiliBeo shop. The payment methods accepted for direct orders are credit card. The total amount you will have to pay for your order will be the sum of the prices for the products selected or those selected for you, all applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges. Payment is due at the time the order is sent and you hereby authorize liliBeo to debit this amount on your payment card at that time.

In the event of failure or delay, liliBeo reserves the right to take appropriate measures for debt collection, such as putting the recovery into service at a specialized collection agency, requesting overdue interest, charging legal fees and modification of payment terms.


The olive oil will be shipped by express delivery, operated in collaboration with the best national and international couriers. Delivery days will vary depending on your location. In the case of orders placed in Italy, delivery will probably be within one week of receipt of the order. In case of delays in delivery due to force majeure and / or fortuitous events, the liliBeo customer service will promptly inform the customer.

Delivery costs are based on the country of destination. If you purchase the subscription plan, you will not be charged for shipping costs. liliBeo currently ships to the following countries: Italy.



All items purchased from Lilibeo are made under a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes at the time of our delivery to the courier.



Any defective or damaged products will be refunded or replaced at no additional cost, prior to the approval of the office manager. No claims will be taken into consideration after 10 days of receiving the items.



All products purchased on liliBeo can be tracked in the account area.



The products will be packaged and delivered with care and safety and in compliance with environmental and hygiene standards.



The buyer and / or the person in charge of collecting the goods are required to verify, at the time of collection and before the carrier, the integrity and number of packages delivered. Any defects or discrepancies in the number or numbers must be reported in the appropriate space on the transport document that will be signed and delivered to the carrier.
